How to Connect Google Search Console to Salesforce with Heeet

Prerequisites

Before configuring the integration, ensure that:

• Heeet is installed and enabled in the Salesforce org
• You have access to the Google account owning the Search Console property
• The Search Console property is already verified in Google
• You have permission to authorize external services from Salesforce

Configuration Steps

1. Connect the Google Search Console Account

• Click Connect
• You are redirected to Google for authentication
• Select the Google account associated with the Search Console property
• Grant all requested permissions

2. Select the Search Console Property

• Choose the Search Console property to connect (domain or URL-prefix)
• Only the selected property will be synced into Salesforce

3. Data Synchronization

Once configured:

• Data is synced automatically by Heeet
• Metrics retrieved include:
  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Average position
  • Click-through rate (CTR)
• Data is refreshed on a scheduled basis
• All metrics are stored in Salesforce objects managed by Heeet

No manual export or recurring action is required.
